Laura Christoph, PhD, NBC-HWC, CCD is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, as well as a professor, holding a PhD in Public Health Nutrition and teaching at the college level for over 18 years. She works on a personal level with clients to create individualized lifestyle programs (including eating patterns, exercise planning and lifestyle habit shifts). Level 1
Level One includes two steps. The client begins with a consultation with Laura, followed by completion of a one-week habit log exploring sleep, nutrition and eating patterns, movement, recovery, and lifestyle factors that influence daily life. Laura reviews the log and partners with the client in a one-hour coaching conversation to identify patterns, strengths, and opportunities for change. Clients leave with increased awareness, self-identified action steps, and a holistic overview of general, non-prescriptive recommendations that support nutrition, fitness, and recovery behaviors. This level is ideal for self-directed individuals seeking insight into how daily habits influence overall health and wellness.

Level 2
Level Two includes all components of Level One, with the addition of three follow-up coaching calls over a one-month period. These sessions focus on supporting the client in translating insights into sustainable lifestyle changes through goal setting, reflection, and accountability. Laura partners with the client to explore strategies such as meal planning, movement routines, preparation skills, and navigating real-life contexts including travel, social events, and holidays. By the end of the month, the client co-creates a flexible lifestyle plan aligned with their values and goals. This level is well-suited for clients seeking individualized support and guidance.

Level 3
Level Three is designed for clients who desire ongoing coaching support during periods of transition or more complex goals, such as career changes, family shifts, significant body composition changes (greater than 10 pounds), or performance-related objectives. This level builds on Level Two and includes weekly coaching calls over a three-month period. Sessions emphasize behavior change, mindset, accountability, and adaptive strategies as the client works toward improved performance, body composition, or lifestyle balance. This level offers the most comprehensive coaching support and is ideal for clients seeking sustained partnership through meaningful change.
